Ayodokun Ogunba is a trained accounting graduate from the Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun state. He also holds an M.B.A. degree specializing in Marketing from the Lagos State University . With 13 years cognate post-qualification experience in banking, auditing and internal controls design and review, he is seasoned and brings valuable experience to the team.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). An Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), he is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors . At different stages of his career, he worked in managerial capacities in the hospitality industry (B-Jays Hotel), Sales & services (Kewalram Chanrai), auditing firms (Sunny Okon & Co and PricewaterhouseCoopers), the bank (Cooperative Development Bank (now FCMB), the capital market (Intercontinental Capital Markets Limited) and currently the oil industry ( MRS formerly Chevron Oil Nigeria Plc).

He specializes in Financial Advisory, Business Process Redesign, SOX Readiness/Evergreen Process review and Internal Controls. He is currently the CEO of ChrEsther Consulting Limited.

Abimbola Ogunba, is an astute accountant and consultant. He trained with Price Waterhouse Coopers and Deloitte and had hands-on experience with IFRS, Sarbanes Oxley engagements, business risk assessment, process improvement, compliance audits, financial audits, process audits, finance, financial and business modeling, etc; where he assisted very many multinational companies with their processes.
 
Abimbola holds a Second Class Upper Division Degree (Hons) in Management and Accountancy from the Obafemi Awolowo Uniersity, Ile-Ife (formerly known as University of Ife). He also holds a Masters degree in Finance from the same institution. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria(CIBN) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN).

He worked as the Finance Manager at Frigoglass Indusries Nigeria Limited, a global Ice Cold Merchandise and Glass Company. He has broad exposures to Standards – GAAPs (Nigeria’s SAS, IAS and US FAS), and other tools like ISA, IIA’s Performance and Attribute Standards.

Oluseye Ogunba is a marketing pundit with over twenty years experience and exposure in marketing, branding, promotion, security and projects management.
